He drives the functionality vision at Tollr, having served as a member of the founding committee that brought interoperability to the State of Texas with TTA, NTTA and HCTRA as members. He holds an MS (Transportation) from Texas A&M and led the team that built the USD 2.4 Billion Interstate 10 in Houston, Texas, USA while with Parsons Brinckerhoff apart from several multi billion dollar projects to his credit. As an urban expert and featured writer, Vittal Mallya road and the TenderSURE initiative are his contributions to Bangalore City. He is currently a prominent advisor to the Government of Karnataka and serves on the Board of the Sherwood Institute, USA.
